Relana Harris Mapugilo is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DOITRIGHT Mindset and Fike Fitness Worldwide LLC.
A Detroit native and multi-hyphenate powerhouse — Singer, Producer, Actress, Director, Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, and Author — Relana brings creative vision, business leadership, and purpose-driven impact to everything she touches.
She is the Founder and CEO of Rayner Entertainment, Relana Enterprises LLC, and The Mark A. Rayner Foundation, and the creator of the global movement *G.D.S.K.L.T — Guns Down Stop Killing Live Today*, launched in honor of her late brother, Golden Gloves Champion Mark A. Rayner. Her acclaimed single _”Til I See You Again”_ is an anthem for healing and unity.
With roots in Detroit, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, and Atlanta, Relana now leads the DOITRIGHT worldwide expansion alongside her husband and partner, Mr. Tanzania 1996, Fike Wilson Mapugilo — building a brand that started from scrap iron in 1988 into a global symbol of legacy, resilience, and doing things the right way.
